Terms of Service

1. The Service

Pur Browser is browser software for creating and managing multiple isolated browser profiles. It is offered as a limited free plan and paid plans with a license key, each with the duration, profile and device limits published on the Pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and license keys secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access to your account.

3. Licenses and devices

• Each license may be used on up to the number of devices included in your plan, and devices can be reset within the plan's limits.
• You may not share, resell, rent or transfer license keys without our written consent.
• We may revoke licenses used in breach of these Terms.

4. Payments and refunds

• You top up your account wallet by bank transfer and use the balance to buy or renew plans. Prices and the amount to pay are shown on the Pricing and Top-up pages before you confirm.
• Paid plans are activated immediately after a successful payment.
• As a digital product activated instantly, payments are non-refundable, except where an error on our side prevents you from using the Service. In that case, contact support within 7 days of payment for review.
• If a transfer has the wrong description or amount, contact support with the transaction details so we can reconcile it.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and are responsible for complying with the laws where you live and with the terms of any third-party websites and platforms you access. You must not:

• Commit fraud or payment fraud, or take over or access other people's accounts without authorization.
• Distribute malware, spam, unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, crack or tamper with the licensing system, or attack or overload our systems.
• Create multiple accounts or use false information to abuse promotions, the free plan or the affiliate program.

6. Affiliate program

• Commissions follow the rates and conditions published on the Affiliates page.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts and other fraud are prohibited; commissions from fraud are cancelled and the account may be suspended.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts and revoke licenses if you breach these Terms or when required by competent authorities. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The software, brand, interface and content of the Service belong to Pur Browser. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your plan.

9. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We are not responsible for restrictions or suspensions of your accounts on third-party platforms, or for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
• In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Complaints

• You can send feedback or complaints about the Service, a transaction or your personal data by email to [email protected], via Telegram t.me/purbrowser or through Support in your account; please include your account email and transaction code (if any).
• We acknowledge and reply with a proposed resolution within 3 working days; for complex cases we will tell you the expected timeline.
• If you disagree with the outcome, you may ask the consumer protection authority or a competent court to resolve it under the law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page; continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of Vietnam.
